Norwegian fin-tech company Liber Finance Group, which has been occupying approximately 1,000 sqm in the Warsaw Spire office complex in Warsaw since 2016 has now decided to lease more space in the location. It will move from building C to the skyscraper building of the complex where it will take up around 3,300 sqm. Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant during the negotiation of the latest lease deal. Developed by Ghelamco Poland, Warsaw Spire is located in the Wola district of the Polish capital and comprises a total of 109,000 sqm of space in three buildings. The property is currently over 95-percent leased out.
