Investor Liebrecht & wooD will soon launch construction work on the second office phase of the Centrum Praskie Koneser mixed-use project in Warsaw. Called Monopol, the phase will consist of two buildings (“M” and “N”) that will comprise a total of 17,500 sqm of leasable space. The buildings, which will also house retail areas on their ground floors, are scheduled to be completed in 2020. The Centrum Praskie Koneser scheme – which is located in the Praga Północ district of the Polish capital, on a major post-industrial site that used to house a vodka distillery – currently offers 25,500 sqm of office space which is almost fully leased out. The development also includes apartments, stores, restaurants, event areas and the Polish Vodka Museum. Warsaw’s first Moxy hotel (a brand of Marriott International) is set to open there in the first quarter of next year.
