mBank has leased approximately 4,700 sqm of office space in the Zebra Tower building in downtown Warsaw, which is owned by Union Investment Real Estate. The tenant will move into the property by mid-September. Union Investment was advised on the deal by Cushman & Wakefield. Completed in 2010 by developer S+B Gruppe and located near the Politechnika subway stop, Zebra Tower comprises a total of around 18,000 sqm of office area on 17 floors. The LEED Gold-certified building is currently more than 90 percent leased out.
