Some 35 percent of employers are taking no action in relation to the current employee shortage in Poland, according to the ManpowerGroup report “Talent Shortage.”
In order to attract the best candidates, 36 percent of Polish employers provide employees with additional training and development opportunities. Some 29 percent of companies increase initial salaries, 19 percent expand the package of additional benefits and 35 percent of companies do nothing to fight the shortage of talent. In the last two years this number has almost doubled, from 19 percent in 2016, the report found.
The “Talent shortage” report includes approximately 40,000 respondents from 43 countries, including a representative group of 750 respondents from Poland.
