Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Marvipol has finalized the acquisition of 6,000 sqm of land on ul. Siedmiogrodzka in the Wola district of the Polish capital for one of its future residential projects. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 37.1 million. The acquired site is located close to the quickly developing Rondo Daszyńskiego area of Wola and will allow Marvipol to develop 12,800 sqm of usable space. “The scheme on ul. Siedmiogrodzka will supplement our residential offering, strengthening our position in the market,” said Mariusz Książek, the management board president at Marvipol. Mariusz Poławski, a management board member at the company, argued that new office projects now under construction in Wola are generating more and more demand for new apartments in that part of Warsaw. Since the beginning of this year, Marvipol has already acquired three other sites – on ul. Grzybowska and ul. Okrzei in Warsaw (in the Wola and Praga Północ districts respectively), and on ul. Toruńska in Gdańsk.
