Developers Marvipol Development and Panattoni Europe are to jointly develop a new warehouse project near Warsaw, which will comprise approximately 40,000 sqm of leasable space. Construction work on the scheme is expected to finish in June next year. The planned development will be the sixth joint warehouse investment of Marvipol and Panattoni with the companies having previously launched projects near Warsaw, near Kraków, near Łódź and in Silesia. The developers have already signed a letter of intent regarding their potential joint development of two more future warehouse schemes that would be located near Warsaw and in north-western Poland. Panattoni is the most active warehouse space developer in Poland. Marvipol, which is also known for its residential developments, wants to strengthen its presence in the warehouse property sector in the near future.
