Developer and investor Golub GetHouse has finished building the four-floor underground section of its Mennica Legacy Tower office project in Warsaw. The high-rise scheme, which the company is developing in cooperation with Mennica Polska, is scheduled to be completed in the autumn of 2019 with builder Warbud acting as the general contractor. Located near the intersection of ul. Prosta and ul. Żelazna in the Wola district of the Polish capital, the Mennica Legacy Tower development will consist of two buildings – a 140-meter skyscraper and a lower, 43-meter structure. They will comprise a total of more than 65,600 sqm of office space. The investment was designed by the Chicago-based Goettsch Partners architectural studio, in cooperation with Warsaw’s Epstein architects.
