Co-working space operator Mindspace will open a second location within the Hala Koszyki office and retail complex in downtown Warsaw in January next year. The company has leased an additional more than 1,500 sqm at the property, which means it will now occupy a total of nearly 5,500 sqm there.
“We’ve noticed a growing interest in co-working space from larger companies and organizations, which is why the two floors of the office building at ul. Koszykowa 65 will be dedicated to large teams of from 12 to 50 people,” commented Yotam Alroy, co-founder and chief business officer at Mindspace.
Redeveloped and reopened for business in 2016, the Hala Koszyki complex comprises more than 22,000 sqm of office and retail areas. The property is owned by Globalworth Poland.
