Morawiecki: Don’t confuse gov’t rhetoric with real intentions

Deputy Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, in an interview with Austrian newspaper Die Presse, appealed to people not to confuse the Polish government’s rhetoric with real intentions in an effort to appease foreign capital.
“We invite foreign capital…There’s a huge potential for back-office companies moving from London after Brexit. But it’s true, foreign capital shouldn’t be preferred as is happening with transfer prices,” Morawiecki said.
The official stressed that some of the critical claims regarding foreign capital’s role in the Polish economy were made during the electoral campaign.
