Belgian developer BPI Real Estate has launched construction work on the second phase of its Bulwary Książęce residential project in downtown Wrocław, which is located on the bank of the Oder river. This phase of the scheme will comprise 190 housing units in five-story buildings with the first phase of the development having already been almost fully commercialized. In Poland, BPI Real Estate is present in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Wrocław and Poznań. In the latter city, the company is developing a joint-venture investment with Acteeum Group.
