Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Archicom has started sales of apartments in the second phase of its Browary Wrocławskie project in downtown Wrocław. On offer are a total of 325 units in three buildings, which are scheduled to be completed in mid-2020. The Browary Wrocławskie scheme, which the developer launched last year, is being developed on a post-industrial site that previously housed the Browar Piastowski brewery. It will comprise 14 buildings, including both renovated 19th-century buildings and newly built structures whose architecture will be modeled after that of the historic brewery. In total, Archicom will build approximately 1,000 apartments in the location.
