Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Ronson Development has launched sales of apartments in the fifth and final phase of its City Link residential project in the Polish capital. On offer are 107 new units that are scheduled to be completed in the final quarter of next year. The City Link scheme is being developed in the Wola district of Warsaw, close to the Płocka under-construction subway stop. Ronson has already sold more than 90 percent of the 772 apartments which were put up for sale in the first four phases of the development.
The vast majority of the apartments available in the fifth phase are relatively small, one- and two-room units. They are mainly targeted at investors for whom Wola – due to the ongoing construction of Warsaw’s second subway line and the development of the new office hub in the Rondo Daszyńskiego area – has become a very attractive location in recent years. The average price of apartments in Wola increased from approximately PLN 7,500 per sqm in 2015 to around PLN 11,000 per sqm now.
