Developer Skanska Residential Development Poland has launched apartment sales in the third phase of its Osiedle Mickiewicza project in Warsaw. On offer are a total of 151 housing units in three six-story buildings that are scheduled to be completed in the third quarter of 2020. The Osiedle Mickiewicza scheme is located in the Bielany district of the Polish capital and will comprise a combined 495 apartments in four phases when fully developed. The investment is being built in line with the requirements of BREEAM certification. Apart from this development, Skanska Residential Development Poland is now also working on three other housing projects in Warsaw: Jaśminowy Mokotów and Holm House in the Mokotów district and Park Skandynawia in the Praga Południe district.
