Developer Skanska Residential Development Poland has launched apartment sales in the second phase of its Osiedle Mickiewicza project in Warsaw’s Bielany district. On offer are a total of 107 housing units in two buildings, which are scheduled to be completed in the second half of 2019. Designed by the HRA Architekci architectural studio, the Osiedle Mickiewicza investment will be built in four phases and will comprise a combined 495 apartments when fully developed. The development will feature a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance. Apart from Osiedle Mickiewicza, Skanska Residential Development Poland is now also selling apartments in its Jaśminowy Mokotów and Holm House projects in Warsaw.
