Amstar and BBI Development have put up for sale an almost 600-sqm, three-level penthouse accommodated on floors 52,53 and 54 of the Złota 44 residential tower in downtown Warsaw. According to the companies, this is the highest apartment in the European Union – it includes a bedroom at 190 meters. The value of the unit has not been revealed.
Earlier this year, an anonymous buyer acquired an apartment of over 240 sqm located on one of the top floors of the skyscraper for an estimated almost PLN 11 million (approximately PLN 46,000 per sqm). In 2017, average apartment prices in Złota 44, which was designed by star architect Daniel Libeskind, stood at PLN 30,000.
There are currently two other penthouses on sale in the building. They are located on floor 52 and sized 235 sqm and almost 200 sqm.
