Murapol buying land for new Kraków project

Developer Murapol has finalized the acquisition of over 0.8 hectares of land on ul. Pachońskiego in Kraków where it wants to build the first phase of a new residential project. The company has also signed preliminary agreements for the acquisition of a further nearly 1.3 hectares of adjacent land for subsequent phases of the scheme. In total, the sites in question will house almost 470 apartments. Earlier, the developer signed preliminary agreements for the purchase of more than two hectares of land in the same area where approximately 530 housing units can be built. Murapol has to date completed almost 2,200 units in the Kraków market. The development on ul. Pachońskiego will be the company’s twelfth investment in the city.
