Murapol buys land for new Katowice scheme

Developer Murapol has acquired perpetual usufruct rights to over 0.9 hectares of land in Katowice, on which it will construct a residential project comprising a total of 243 apartments in two buildings. The value of the transaction amounts to PLN 10 million. The company is planning an upper-standard scheme on the site, said Murapol’s vice president Nikodem Iskra.

Murapol, which is currently present in 14 residential markets across Poland and hopes to sell approximately 4,000 apartments this year, is now working on two housing projects in Katowice that will comprise a total of almost 250 units. The company is planning a number of new schemes in the city, which will offer a combined more than 2,800 homes.
