Developer Murapol has launched apartment sales in the first phase of its Murapol Nowa Przędzalnia residential project in Łódź. On offer are a combined 202 housing units in two buildings, which are scheduled to be completed towards the end of next year. Construction work on this phase of the scheme should start in Q3 2017. When fully developed, the Murapol Nowa Przędzalnia development is expected to comprise a total of more than 1,800 apartments in 18 buildings. Murapol plans to develop the investment in eight phases. Murapol Nowa Przędzalnia is Murapol’s second residential project in Łódź, after Murapol Widzew. Michał Sapota, the management board president at Murapol, said that the company is now preparing a third housing scheme in the city. The planned investment will comprise approximately 300 apartments and will be developed in two phases.
