Developer Murapol has launched sales of apartments in the first phase of its first residential project in Gliwice in Silesia. On offer are 96 units in an eight-floor building that is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of next year. The entire development, which is called Murapol Osiedle Parkowe, will comprise approximately 600 units when fully developed.
The investment in Gliwice exemplifies the business strategy of Murapol, which envisions development activity both in large cities and in smaller urban centers whose inhabitants also need new apartments, commented the company’s management board president Nikodem Iskra.
Apart from Gliwice, Murapol is also present in several other cities in Silesia including Katowice, Sosnowiec, Siewierz, Tychy and Bielsko-Biała. The company will soon launch its first scheme in Mikołów. Altogether, the developer is currently selling apartments in 14 residential markets across Poland.
