Real estate company CA Immo has recently signed a number of lease agreements for office space in its Warsaw Towers building in the Polish capital. Software development company Directpl, a new tenant, has leased 828 sqm, while two of the current tenants, law firm Gessel and commercial real estate company Balmain Asset Management, have taken up additional space in the building. They will now occupy 1,530 sqm and almost 700 sqm of office space there respectively. The Warsaw Towers building is located in downtown Warsaw, close to the city’s main railway station and the Złote Tarasy shopping mall, and offers a total of 21,000 sqm on 15 floors.
