New Yorker to open store at Katowice’s Libero mall

Fashion retailer New Yorker has leased 1,100 sqm of retail space at the Libero shopping center that Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Echo Investment is now building in Katowice. The tenant will open a two-floor store at the mall later this year. The Libero project, which will comprise 45,000 sqm of GLA and is scheduled to open for business in Q3 2018, is currently 90-percent commercialized. The New Yorker chain, which is present in 40 countries, now has 88 stores across Poland.
