Octava leases 5,000 sqm of office space across Poland

Investor Octava Property Trust has in recent months finalized almost 20 lease agreements for a total of around 5,000 sqm of office space across its Polish portfolio. The deals concern space in buildings including Renaissance Tower in Warsaw (OptiOffice, 1,376 sqm), Lighthouse in Warsaw (Nowatorska Szkoła Podstawowa and XPlus, 659 sqm and 556 sqm respectively) and Red Tower in Łódź (Focus Telecom Polska, 530 sqm).

Established in 2014 and managed by Octava Asset Management, Octava Property Trust invests in commercial property in Warsaw and big regional cities across Poland. The portfolio of the company currently comprises a combined 18 assets in Warsaw, Kraków, Wrocław, Łódź, Poznań and the Tri-city. It totals approximately 208,000 sqm of leasable space, including around 139,000 sqm of office area.
