A total of more than 129,000 sqm of new office space was completed in the main regional markets across Poland in the first quarter of 2018, which marks a 92-percent increase y/y, according to the latest report by Cushman & Wakefield. The most development activity is now taking place in Kraków and Wrocław where this year’s supply is expected to reach the levels of over 180,000 sqm and almost 166,000 sqm respectively. These volumes will only be 20 percent and 30 percent lower than the volume in Warsaw. In the Tri-city, nearly 105,000 sqm of new office space will be delivered in 2018, the Cushman & Wakefield study said.
