Construction work on the phase, which will comprise three buildings offering a total of 303 apartments, is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of this year and finish in the final quarter of 2019. Over 40 percent of the units available in this phase of the scheme have already been sold, revealed Arie Koren, the CEO at Okam Capital. The Bohema investment will be developed on a post-industrial site located in the Praga Północ district of the Polish capital. The project will also include retail, office and cultural space.
