Although an increasing number of Polish companies decide to implement digital learning solutions, our country is still dominated by less interactive methods of motivating the employees. You may learn to develop and engage your teams into tasks using new technologies on 24 October in Warsaw during the 3rd edition of the Digital Learning Congress.
Gamification training platforms or Web 2.0 applications in development and engagement of the staff at workplace are generally applied practices in the countries of the Western Europe and the USA. Video materials or social media allow involvement of unlimited numbers of the employees, learning at any place and time and regular monitoring of their results. Besides, it is easier to leave the competitors behind with innovative approach to development of the staff. At the times of immediate flow of information, advantage depends on effective transferring of properly selected content.
This year’s edition of the Digital Learning Congress focuses on the topics connected with:
- using gamification systems and social learning in involvement of the staff
- methods of sharing and managing knowledge using WEB 2.0 tools
- creating a learning environment in the organisation
- application of mobile devices and multimedia for sharing and managing digital knowledge in the organisation
