Warsaw’s office property market continued its excellent performance in the first quarter of this year with lease agreements for a total of 202,100 sqm having been signed in the city in the period, according to JLL data. The Central Business District and the Mokotów district saw the most tenant activity – together, those two areas account for 75 percent of the Q1 office leasing volume in the Polish capital. The largest transactions signed in the first three months of the year include the lease by a confidential tenant from the public sector of 14,800 sqm in the Piękna 2.0 building. The office vacancy rate decreased to 10.8% at the end of March (the rates for central and non-central locations stood at 7.3% and 13.1% respectively).
