The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has identified law firms which will provide legal support of up to PLN 20,000 for start-ups from the sector of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises.
Lawyers will help young entrepreneurs not only to prepare but also to negotiate key agreements that “often form the basis for the success of the entire undertaking.”
The program is financed from the state budget. Applicants do not have to provide their own contribution if the value of the services does not exceed the maximum co-financing amount, i.e. PLN 20,000. Companies can apply from July 4 and the scheme will last until it runs out or until October 15, 2018.
