State majority-owned, Warsaw Stock Exchange (WSE)-listed real estate investor Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) has recently signed a letter of intent with WSE-listed developer Polnord regarding the acquisition of two buildings of the Wilanów Office Park complex in Warsaw. Called Betheone and Befree, the buildings are located on ul. Branickiego in the Wilanów district of the city and comprise a total of almost 17,600 sqm of leasable space. They were completed in 2011 and 2012.
