PKN Orlen to issue series D bonds

PKN Orlen Management Board has decided to launch a series D issue of bearer bonds as part of the public bond issue program to individual investors. The final terms of the series D bonds were transferred to the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) and will be published on May 16.

On May 10, PKN Orlen allocated 2 million C 689 series bonds to investors, and the average reduction rate was 26.49 percent. Subscriptions for the 2 million bonds offered were carried out from May 7, 2018 to May 8, 2018. The bonds were acquired at the issue price ranging from PLN 100 to PLN 100.01 depending on the date of subscription.

The PKN Orlen Group manages six oil refineries in Poland, the Czech Republic and Lithuania, and also carries out production activities in Poland and Canada. Its consolidated sales revenues reached PLN 95.36 billion in 2017. The company has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 1999.
