Poland’s PMI up in November

The purchasing manager’s index in Poland accelerated in November, reaching 51.9. This compared favourably with the 50.2 mark recorded in October, according to reports from Markit Economics. The higher mark is believed to reflect revamped increase in the number of incoming orders, as well as growth of output and employment. The index took into account data from 300 of Poland’s private industrial companies.  As well as measuring incoming orders and employment, the PMI bases its rating on levels of production and inventory, and on supplier deliveries.
