Poland’s warehouse stock exceeds 15 mln sqm in Q3

Over 683,000 sqm of warehouse space was completed in Poland in the third quarter of this year, which brought the country’s total existing stock to more than 15 million sqm, according to a recent report by Colliers International. This means that over the last five years, the stock doubled, the study said. Almost two million sqm of space is now under construction with more than 25% of the volume being located in central Poland. A new phase of Panattoni Europe’s Panattoni Central European Logistics Hub in Łódź , which comprises 74,000 sqm, is the biggest warehouse project to have been completed in the Polish market in the period in question.
