Poland exported goods worth PLN 279.1 billion in I-V 2014, according to Central Statical Office data. During the same time, the country imported PLN 278.8 billion worth of goods. The trade surplus was PLN 279 million.
Year-on-year, exports rose by 8.3 percent, while imports grew by 6.1 percent. Germany remains Poland’s biggest trade partner, 26.1 percent of Polish exports were sold there, while 21.6 percent of imports to Poland came from Berlin.
