In 2016 Polish agriculture and food export will concentrate and promote mostly on 13 markets. Some of these are: the United Arab Emirates, Singapore, India, Japan, China, Canada, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, USA, South Africa, Egypt and Vietnam.
In order to achieve further development in the Polish food and agriculture market, the promotion will take place over a number of years, the Polish Minister of Agriculture Marek Sawicki informed.
Moreover, he added that entrepreneurs are ready to establish a common brand, in order to decrease competition among Polish producers. Therefore, a cooperation between the Ministry of Agriculture and the Agricultural Market Agency is planned, which would include participation in fairs and media advertisements. The budget of 2016 will provide PLN 12 million, of which PLN 5 million will be financed by the Ministry itself.
