Natalia Szczepańska, a high school student from Warsaw, has invented smart socks designed to subconsciously cure splayfoot.
LogicSock is made of merino wool and has a notch on the sole. It works based on temperature differences that occur while walking. “This unconscious excercise engages the muscles to react and work correctly to arch the foot outwards,” Szczepańska explained.
The young inventor is going to begin online fundraising in order to launch the sock’s production and start selling her product next year.
