Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Polnord sold 316 apartments in the second quarter of 2017, which marks a 17 percent increase upon the same period last year. The record quarterly sales of more than 300 housing units seen by Polnord since the beginning of this year are the result of a strategy that envisions the quick development of the sites which the developer has in its large land portfolio and the continuous enlargement of the company’s projects portfolio, said Dariusz Krawczyk, the management board president at Polnord. Polnord plans to launch eleven residential schemes in 2017, which will be located in Warsaw, Tri-city, Wrocław, Olsztyn and Łódź, and offer a total of approximately 1,450 apartments. The company hopes to sell around 1,250 housing units this year.
