Poznań – the sixth biggest office market in Poland – will continue to attract tenants in the coming months with the city’s total existing office stock set to reach half a million sqm next year, according to JLL. The regional market currently offers 455,000 sqm of modern office area and its growth is mainly driven by companies from the BPO/SSC sector.
Poznań last year saw a record level of demand for office space, which exceeded 78,000 sqm. The biggest office lease transaction (for 25,500 sqm) to have been closed in Poland in 2017 was signed in the city. The office vacancy rate in Poznań currently stands at below 9% and is one of the lowest in the country.
