According to the report compiled by Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH), 22 new brands were introduced to the Polish retail market in 2016. PRCH expects that number to increase this year.
New brands were mostly from the clothing and the food & beverage sectors, they included Forever 21, Skechers, Dunkin’ Donuts and Westwing Home & Living among others. According to PRCH director Radosław Knap, Polish market is ready to absorb more new brands. “We see big interest from the US companies, as well as the ones from our Eastern neighbors,” he said.
