PwC: Gap in labor market to reach 1.5 million people by 2025

Staff shortages on the Polish job market work could reach 1.5 million people in the next six years, according to the PwC report “Growing gap in the labor market in Poland. How to offset it?”

According to PwC’s estimates, with the weaker supply of labor in Poland and the maintenance of economic development it will be necessary to employ over 300,000 extra people each year.

The report showed that it will not be possible to source workers from within Poland and it will be necessary to look abroad to fill the hole in the job market by reforming the procedure for foreign workers to legally enter the employment market.
