Regus expanding in Warsaw, Poznań

Serviced offices provider Regus has taken up more than 1,100 sqm of office space in the Solec Residence apartment building in downtown Warsaw, which was developed by Sawa Apartments. The company will open its new business center in the property that will be its twelfth location in the Polish capital. Regus has recently also leased over 1,000 sqm of office space in a building located on Al. Niepodległości in Poznań, which is owned by LHI. The company will open its second location in the city there. JLL is acting as an advisor for Regus when it comes to the company’s expansion in many countries of the EMEA (Europe, the Middle East and Africa) and Asia Pacific regions.
