Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Ronson Development has signed conditional agreements for the purchase of plots in the Ursus district of the Polish capital on which it plans to build a residential project comprising approximately 1,600 apartments. The transactions, which will be finalized if Warsaw City Hall does not exercise its preemptive right to the sites, are valued at a total of PLN 81.75 million. Ronson Development hopes to launch construction work on the first phase of the planned scheme by the end of this year, said Rami Geris, management board member and financial director at the company. In Warsaw, the developer is currently working on residential investments located in the Wola, Mokotów and Białołęka districts.
