Ronson sees higher Q1 apartment sales, plans new projects

Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Ronson Development sold 259 apartments in the first quarter of 2017, which marks a 26 percent increase on the same period last year. The combined value of the housing units the company offloaded in Q1 amounts to almost PLN 101 million, a 24 percent increase y/y. At the end of March, Ronson had 671 apartments on offer. In the near future, the company will launch two new projects – Marina Miasto in Wrocław and Skierniewicka Bis in Warsaw – which will comprise a total of more than 500 homes. Both schemes have already got building permits, said sales and marketing director Andrzej Gutowski. In the whole year 2017, the developer plans to launch seven developments offering a total of approximately 1,160 apartments.
