Ronson to move headquarters to Poland

Real estate firm Ronson Development has decided to begin transferring its headquarters from Holland to Poland, the company said.

“Moving our headquarters to Poland is a natural step for Ronson: our operations are focused exclusively on the Polish market – here we implement all our investments, our main office is in Warsaw, and our company’s shares and bonds are listed in Warsaw,” said Ronson Development CEO Nir Netzer.

Earlier, as part of the process of transferring the seat to Poland, the company was transformed into a European company (societas europaea), and its name changed from Ronson Europe NV to Ronson Development SE.

Ronson has been listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange since 2007.
