Warsaw Stock Exchange-listed developer Ronson Development has topped out the first phase of its Miasto Moje residential project in the Polish capital, which will comprise a total of 191 apartments and 14 commercial units in two buildings, and is scheduled to be completed in the first half of next year. The company has to date sold approximately 45 percent of all the units available in the first phase of the scheme. The Miasto Moje development, which is being developed in the Białołęka district of Warsaw, is the largest investment in Ronson’s history. The entire complex will comprise around 1,500 apartments.
