Rzeczpospolita: Highest level of public debt of Poland since 15 years

The state public debt of Poland grew by PLN 56 billion in the first five months of 2016. It is the fastest pace since at least 15 years, Rzeczpospolita daily reported.

“The country’s debt has risen to PLN 891 billion, the highest level since the communist system collapsed,” the newspaper said.

According to data from the Ministry of Finance, the state public debt of Poland reached PLN 890.7 billion in May 2016.
