Developer Skanska has bought the remaining stake in co-working space operator Business Link from Akademickie Inkubatory Przedsiębiorczości (AIP). The company has to date held a 40-percent stake in the entity. The entity acquired by Skanska manages five Business Link offices: in Warsaw (Astoria building), Poznań (Maraton), Kraków (High5ive), Wrocław (Green2Day) and Prague (Visionary). The other Business Link locations will be managed by AIP. Co-working space will be playing an increasingly important role in the property market and the acquisitition of the remaining stake in Business Link will help Skanska further expand its offer and tailor it better to the needs of the company’s clients, commented managing director Arkadiusz Rudzki.
