Developer Skanska has launched construction work on building “Y” of its Generation Park office project in Warsaw. The 140-meter skyscraper, which will comprise 47,000 sqm of leasable space and will be certified in the WELL and LEED systems, is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2021. It will be Skanska’s first office tower in Poland with the company now planning several other high-rise office buildings in central locations in the Polish capital. Located near Rondo Daszyńskiego in the Wola district of Warsaw, the entire Generation Park scheme will offer 84,000 sqm of GLA in three buildings. The development was designed by the renowned JEMS Architekci studio.
