Developer Karimpol Group has recently completed the underground floors of its Skyliner high-rise office project in Warsaw and started building the above-ground section of the scheme. Construction work on the development launched in September 2017 with builder Warbud acting as the general contractor. The 195-meter tall Skyliner investment is being built near Rondo Daszyńskiego in the Wola district of the Polish capital and will comprise more than 47,000 sqm of leasable space. The project was designed by the APA Wojciechowski architectural studio and is expected to obtain a BREEAM certificate for energy efficiency and environmental performance at the “Excellent” level. It is scheduled to be completed in mid-2020.
