Spaces with first location in Poland

Flexible workplace and co-working solutions provider Spaces – part of IWG, the owner of serviced offices provider Regus – has leased 4,200 sqm of office space in the under-construction Centrum Marszałkowska mixed-use project in downtown Warsaw. The scheme will be the brand’s first location in Poland. JLL and CBRE represented the tenant and BBI Development, the developer of Centrum Marszałkowska, during the lease negotiations respectively. The Netherlands-based Spaces currently operates in 25 countries across six continents. The Centrum Marszałkowska investment will comprise approximately 13,500 sqm of office space and around 3,000 sqm of retail area. It is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of next year.
