Standard Chartered in The Warsaw HUB

British bank Standard Chartered will open a global business services center in The Warsaw HUB mixed-use project, which developer Ghelamco Poland is now building in the Wola district of the Polish capital. The tenant, who was advised by CBRE in the lease negotiations, will take up 3,600 sqm of office space at the scheme with the agreement having been signed for the period of ten years. A complex of three connected high-rise buildings, The Warsaw HUB will comprise a total of 113,000 sqm of office, hotel, conference and retail space.
