MF sells PLN 3 bln worth of bonds. Debt needs financed at 50%

The Ministry of Finance sold PLN 3 billion worth of bonds on auction. The five series will mature in 2020, 2023,2024, and 2028 (two series). Investor interest was at PLN 6.6 billion. According to the ministry after this bond issue, this year’s budget debt plan has been financed at 50 percent.

Poland finances 16.9% of 2018 borrowing needs – FinMin

Poland financed 16.9 percent of its 2018 gross borrowing needs after the Friday bond swap auction, the Ministry of Finance said. On Thursday, Poland sold PLN 5.9 billion worth of bonds in a swap auction, buying back PLN 5.78 billion in papers maturing in January 2018.

FinMin: debt financing reaches 86%

According to the Ministry of Finance data, after one bond swap auction in September, the level of debt financing has reached 86 percent of this year’s financing needs. For Q4, the ministry plans 2 auctions for PLN 8-16 billion combined, with one taking place this month worth PLN 4-8 billion.
